The CHULUX Coffee Maker offers a 2-way brewing style, allowing you to brew coffee using K-cup pods or your favorite grounds. Note: The reusable filter is not included.

If your coffee machine doesn't brew, follow these steps: 1. Use a paper clip or other sharp item to dredge the water outlet needle. 2. Fill the water reservoir with a mixture of 2/3 cup water and 1/3 cup vinegar, or a descaling solution. 3. Press the on button and let the water remain for 3 hours. 4. Discard the solution and brew with fresh water until no vinegar smell remains.

If your coffee maker is not dispensing water properly, follow the descaling steps in the video above. This is a common issue that can occur over time with any coffee maker and is not due to a defect in quality.
