The Elite Gourmet 4Qt. Dual basket deep fryer, housed in an attractive brushed Stainless Steel exterior, allows you to double up on your favorite fried foods. The dual baskets enable you to fry two foods simultaneously for a deliciously tasty snack, or you can use the bonus extra large basket to create an entire meal at once, saving you time. Each basket can accommodate up to 1 lb. of food, allowing you to fry up some of your usual favorites, such as fries and onion rings, or even try something more unique, like deep fried Oregon's or pickles.

The extra large 4Qt enamel container holds up to 16.5 Cups of oil, and includes 3 Baskets: 1 x 4 Qt. + 2 x 2 Qt. frying baskets, allowing you to fry fish and chips simultaneously. The 4.2 liter enamel oil tank is easily removable for cleaning.

With 1700W of Heating Power, the deep fryer quickly comes up to the desired temperature by setting the adjustable temperature and timer knobs. The included Anti-Odor Filter, located inside the removable stainless steel lid, filters out unwanted oil smells and is also removable for easy cleaning.

The Immersible Heating Element, with power and ready indicator lights, is easily removable for hand washing. The Temperature Control Knob, with a range up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and the Timer Knob, provide the ultimate control while deep frying.
